Create a unique process for your 2016 Strategic Plan and beyond. Strategic planning is the backbone of the work of any organization. Without a strategic framework which your board, employees, customers and vendors support, an organization will lack direction and ultimately success. This discussion will focus on your need to encourage creativity, flexibility and the overall capacity for individuals to recognize and respond to opportunity at every level of the organization. Chris will provide you with tools and ideas to challenge the arcane internal procedures that actually hinder growth and will challenge the cycles of conformity which so many organizations follow.
